1. The Defendant’s KRW 91,00,000 as well as 30% per annum from December 31, 2009 to June 30, 2014 to the Plaintiff.

1. Indication of claim: from February 2005 to October 5, 2009, the Plaintiff lent a total of KRW 111,000,000 to the Defendant over several occasions.

In relation to this, on October 5, 2009, the Defendant agreed to pay to the Plaintiff the sum of the principal of KRW 110,000,000 per month plus the interest of KRW 10% per month until December 30, 2009, and prepared a loan certificate. However, on June 23, 2011, the Defendant did not pay to the Plaintiff the remainder by paying only KRW 20,000,000 to the Plaintiff.

Therefore, the Plaintiff seek against the Defendant the remainder of the principal amounting to KRW 91,00,000 and damages for delay calculated at the same rate as the Disposition No. 1 within the scope of the agreed interest rate.
