『2020고단1940』 피고인은 2020. 6. 12. 11:00경 알 수 없는 곳에서, 인터넷 중고물품 거래 사이트인 B 카페에 접속하여 “에어팟 프로를 판매한다.“는 글을 게시하고, 이를 보고 연락한 피해자 C에게 “돈을 입금하면 물품을 보내주겠다.”고 거짓말하였다.
