A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) in a “D” restaurant located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul; (b) sought to attract a restaurant employee E from the rear, to the cafeteria; (c) together with the word “non-pated E” from the victim F (22 tax) who is an son of the said E, the Defendant: (d) was able to see the victim’s face with her hand; (d) was spated by her hand; and (e) was her face with her hand; and (e) was her face.

Accordingly, the defendant committed assault against the victim.

2. In the time, place, and while assaulting F as mentioned in the preceding paragraph, the injured Defendant was subject to the control from the victim G (25 years old) who is profeas of the above F, and was feascated by her oral victim’s face and hand, the injured Defendant dumped the victim with approximately six weeks of treatment.

Accordingly, the defendant injured the victim.

Crimes No. 1 in the sentencing guidelines [the scope of the recommended punishment] and the scope of the final sentence due to the aggravation of multiple offenses for which there are no basic areas (4 months to 1 year and 6 months) (the scope of the recommended punishment] (the scope of the recommended punishment) in the basic areas (2 months to 10 months) in the basic areas (2 months from 2 months to 10 months) in the sentencing guidelines (the person who is subject to special sentencing): April to November 1;

2. Based on the above sentencing criteria, the sentence shall be determined as ordered in full view of the following factors, including the defendant's age, sex, environment, and motive of crime:

A favorable circumstance: A situation unfavorable to deposit one million won for confession victim G: An indecent act is committed against E, the mother of the victims.
