A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

Around 18:05 on January 18, 2012, the Defendant was working as an employee in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Sawna, and the victim D (E, South and 51 years of age) was aware of the fact that he was unable to use his toilets and appeared out of the bar or out of the bar, and the victim was sleeped with the body part of the victim after the victim et al., and the victim was sleeped with the body part of the victim's face, and the victim was sleeped with the head part while going beyond the center of the defect.
