Punishment of the crime

The defendants shall not sell or administer psychotropic drugs, because they are not authorized to handle narcotics, so they shall not sell or administer Melapops (the word "copons"; hereinafter referred to as "phiopons").

1. The defendants' joint criminal conduct of purchasing philophones

A. The Defendants, along with C and D, decided to purchase phiphones and administered them, and set up a purchase price for phiphones by collecting money.

On September 23, 2019, at around 04:55, the Defendants waiting in D’s vehicle located near the F convenience store located in U.S. Dong-dong-dong-gu, Gyeonggi-do, and C transferred KRW 500,000 to the H bank account in the name of H bank account in the name of the corporation designated by the seller of the phone, using the automatic cash withdrawal machine installed at the above convenience store, and traded the phiphone by finding approximately 0.5g of the phiphone, which the said phiphone seller concealed from the rail of the residential stairs located in Man-dong-dong-gu, Manyang-si.

1) On October 3, 2019, C around 05:14, 205:14, at the F convenience point located in Gyeonggi-dong-dong-si, Gyeonggi-do, by using an automatic cash withdrawal machine installed therein, transferred KRW 500,000 to a H bank account in the name of G, a stock company designated by a person who sells a phiphone, and Defendant B and C traded a phiphone in the way of finding approximately 0.5g of the phiphonephone, which is hidden by a person who sells a phiphone from the rail of the stairs located in Manyang-dong-si, Man-dong-si, 2019, using an automatic cash withdrawal machine installed therein, and remitting KRW 50,000 to the H bank in the name of the seller in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, which was designated by the seller in the name of the H bank and KRW 50,500,500,000,000 to the hphone.
