Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On December 30, 2012, at around 00:30, the Defendant, a taxi engineer in the vicinity of Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, sent a pedal to C, a taxi engineer in the vicinity of Yongsan-gu, and expressed to E, a police officer belonging to the Seoul Yongsan Police Station D District Unit in Seoul, where he was working, “Wetttttttt”, and assault E on the left-hand lecture of E twice, thereby hindering the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties on the passage of a police officer.
