Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A (n, 81 years old), Defendant B (41 years old) is a mother and child.
1. Although Defendant A’s violation of the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Agricultural and Fishing Villages does not unlawfully occupy or use agricultural production infrastructure without any justifiable reason, Defendant A installed one unit of the agricultural infrastructure facilities located in Namyang-gun C, D, and building for housing use on the road and occupied approximately 405 square meters from around that time to July 6, 2016 as agricultural infrastructure owned by the Korea Rural Community Corporation.
2. Defendant A and B’s insult around 10:30 on April 6, 2016, Defendant B, who was an employee of the two branch offices of the Korea Rural Community Corporation in front of the office of the Defendant C, N, and the victim’s wife G, the victim H, who was an employee of the two branch offices of the Korea Rural Community Corporation, had his/her own right to possess C and D money to the rural Community Corporation and obtained approval for the use of money for any purpose other than the original purpose without any speech, and the victim is able to comply with the victim’s “I”; and

3.
