At around 21:10 on the same day, the Defendant continued to hear in advance the words of bringing kimchi from the victim's house in G apartment 103 110 dong, and reported that the wife of the Defendant’s wife, at the victim’s house, took the face of the victim’s hand from the victim, and prevented the victim from getting off the kitchen knife (31cm in length, 18cm in knife length) which is a dangerous thing in the kitchen, the victim was at the victim’s house, and prevented the victim from getting off the kitchen knife.
