Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is in a bad relationship with the spouse C (the remaining and 36 years of age) of the victim C.

1. On June 13, 2017, around 07:50 on June 13, 2017, the Defendant entered the victim’s residence, E Apartment 101 Dong 604, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, into the victim’s residence, and invaded the victim’s residence by having sexual intercourse with the victim’s spouse.

2. On June 14, 2017, at around 19:00, the Defendant entered the victim’s residence as stipulated in paragraph (1) and invaded upon the victim’s residence by having sexual intercourse with the victim’s spouse through the entrance door.
