Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On October 19, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Jeju District Court on July 18, 2012 and completed the execution of the sentence.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Crimes against victims C and D;
A. On November 2012, at around 19:00, the Defendant opened the gate and entered the dwelling room without obtaining the said victim’s permission, and infringed upon the said victim’s residence.
B. On December 21, 2012, around 22:20, the Defendant opened a gate and opened a gate to the living room and intruded on the said victim’s dwelling.
C. On December 24, 2012, around 22:45, the Defendant opened a gate and door door at the same place without the consent of the victim, and entered the living room, and laid down the gate and door door to the victim C and the victim D, her husband, who made the said D to make it true, and infringed upon the victim’s residence by avoiding disturbance for 20 minutes without complying therewith.
2. On February 20, 2013, around 06:10 on February 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim F and G in Jeju-si in a place where there was no gate in the victim F and G’s residence; and (b) she called “I” to the said G while going to ma in a place where there was no gate; (c) the said F, who was under contact, did not go to her “I” for about 20 minutes; (d) however, the said F, who was under contact, did not go to her for about 20 minutes.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the residence of the above victims.
3. On December 2, 2012, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim I at the residence of the victim I (the age of 71) located in the JJ in Jeju on the date of mid-to mid-served order of 19:00, and after entering the living room after passing the gate without obtaining the said victim’s permission, the Defendant went into the living room and intrudes on the said victim’s residence, and then the said victim “a picture must be cut” and the money should be left.
