Punishment of the crime

On March 6, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 03:19, on the ground that the victim D (W, 17 years of age) does not drinking himself/herself at the convenience store located in Busan B, the Defendant: (b) caused the victim’s face one time with left hand; (c) five times with the victim’s face; (d) followed the victim’s head five times with his/her hand hand; (e) followed the victim’s head six times; (e) led the victim’s head, and (e) led the victim’s head on several occasions; (g) led the victim’s head to walk; and (g) led the victim’s head on one occasion with the victim’s head on one hand, and caused the victim’s injury, such as the escape from the right side of the treatment days, such as the number of days of treatment.
