Punishment of the crime

Around 02:00 on July 11, 2020, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender who assaulted C in the street near Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul, and went into the D patrol vehicle in the course of carrying the said patrol vehicle, thereby putting the said patrol vehicle out to cover the repair cost equivalent to KRW 352,00,000 on several backs of the patrol vehicle.

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the goods used by public offices.

The Defendant is a person who drives a 49cc-wheeled vehicle (E).

1. Driving on May 22, 2020

A. A. On May 22, 2020, the Defendant driven a bridged vehicle under the influence of alcohol by 0.089% without obtaining a driver’s license from the Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seoul to the front road of Mapo-gu, Seoul, without obtaining a driver’s license.

B. A person violating the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is prohibited from operating a motor vehicle on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance, and the Defendant operated an E 49C wheel that is not covered by mandatory insurance at the same date and place as that indicated in paragraph 1(a).

2. Driving on June 12, 2020

A. A. On June 12, 2020, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving on the two-wheeled vehicle without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license from the 1km section around Mapo-gu, Mapo-gu to the front road of the same Gu from the 1km section.

B. While anyone violating the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is prohibited from operating a motor vehicle on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance, the Defendant operated a two-wheeled motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance at the same date and place as that indicated in paragraph 2(a).
