A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

A. On September 12, 2015, the Defendant received 80,000 won from D to the accounts of the Saemaul Bank in the name of the Defendant for the purchase price, from the Defendant, in advance, the Defendant: (a) concealed the disposable fraud containing approximately 0.6g of philophone in the instant box; (b) traded the said shopping bags by allowing Kwikset service articles to deliver the said shopping bags to the said D, without knowledge of the circumstances.

B. On November 8, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 90,000 from D in advance to the foregoing Saemaul Savings Depository account as the purchase price of the penphone, saved a disposable fraud containing approximately one gram of the penphone into the box in the shopping bag, put it into the shopping bag, and traded the said shopping bags by having Kwikset service articles know of the circumstances deliver the said shopping bags to D.

(c)

On February 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 1.5 million from D to the foregoing Saemaul Bank account in front of Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul; (b) stored a disposable fraud containing approximately KRW 1.4g of phiphonephone in the shopping bags; and (c) traded the said shopping bags by having Kwikset Service Articles, who are aware of the circumstances, deliver the said shopping bags to D.

(d)

On February 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 1.1 million from D to the same account as the foregoing Saemaul Treasury; and (b) stored in a single-use injection box containing approximately one gram of phiphonephones in the said guard box; and (c) traded it by having D left the said box to the said guard room.

E. On March 14, 2016, the Defendant was above D around Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, 101 Dong 704, and around 704.
