A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 21, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1 million as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act from the Daegu District Court, and a summary order of KRW 1.5 million as a fine at the Seoul Central District Court on March 25, 2014, respectively.

1. Around 02:30 on June 10, 2015, the Defendant driven a D Ecoo motor vehicle at a section of about 500 meters from the alcohol house in front to the front road of C real estate located in B, where it is difficult to identify the trade name in the 0.114% alcohol level while under the influence of alcohol on June 10, 2015.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by DD Driving) was a person engaged in driving a D Ecoos car, and the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol as stated in paragraph 1 and proceeded with two-lane roads on the two-lane roads in front of C real estate in Busan Shipping Daegu, Busan, along with the NcC department room in front of the C real estate located in the B at the Dong-dong elementary school.

At night, the vehicle was stopped at the front and rear end, and in such a case, there was a duty of care to prevent the accident by accurately manipulating the front and rear end and the left and right of the vehicle driver, and to prevent the accident.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant got the back part of the above body part of the vehicle in front of the above Ecoos car as the front part of the Ecoos car, and the victim F (33 years old) who observed the above Ecoos car in the process of turning the above Ecoos car back again after driving the Ecoos car, and the Defendant got off the part of the victim's right part of the vehicle in front of the victim's right part.

Ultimately, the defendant driving a motor vehicle in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to the influence of drinking, and driving the motor vehicle to the right side which requires approximately three weeks medical treatment.
