Punishment of the crime

[criminal record] On June 13, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for one year and six months due to a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Maggu District Court’s Port Support (motor vehicle driver’s assault, etc.) and completed the execution of the sentence on September 16, 2020.

[Criminal facts] The Defendant is not a narcotics handler, but a person who is not a narcotics handler, and is not a person handling narcotics, and is not a person handling narcotics, but not a person handling narcotics, such person shall not sell or administer Mectopy (one philophone; hereinafter “philophone”).

1. On October 2020, the Defendant purchased and sold philophones with cash of KRW 100,000 and approximately KRW 0.1g philophones on the part of a person with no name, who became aware of via the Internet in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Sinpo-si, Nam-gu.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On October 2020, the Defendant: (a) administered philophones in a scopon, which was purchased as indicated in the above 1.03g of philophones purchased at the Nam-gu D hotel Ews room at the port of Poson on October 2020; and (b) administered philophones in a scopon to a coffee.

B. On December 26, 2020, the Defendant, from around December 26, 2020 to around December 28, 2020, administered chophones by using approximately 0.07 g of chophones purchased as stated in the above paragraph (1) in the Nam-gu D Hotel E heading room at one time at one time at one time, Nam-gu, Seoul, and the same month.
