A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who was working as the head of the team from September 2017 to December 2018 at his/her mobile phone agency “C” within his/her Government-si B commercial building.
1. On August 21, 2018, the Defendant forged a document by signing in the column for consent to the terms and conditions of the applicant column of the Fgggal YD 2 in the aforesaid “C” mobile phone agency that he/she works, without obtaining the consent of D (Death and death of E) and D’s mother, and arbitrarily signing in D’s name “gal gal rith 9” Handphone 9” Handphone n.e., the Defendant forged the document by signing in the column for consent of the terms and conditions; on August 22, 2018, without obtaining the consent of D’s victim; and on August 24, 2018, he/she forged the F’s application form of “Be YD 2” (Serial number: H) in the same manner without obtaining the consent of D(bal 2nd class and 64G n.e., the applicant’s signature and duties.
2. The Defendant at the events of the aforementioned investigation document submitted to the FF employee as if he/she were duly formed on the date of forgery of the three copies of the application for admission of a falsified mobile phone respectively ( August 21, 2018, August 22, 2018, August 24, 2018, and August 24, 2018), and used two cellular phone units and one plaque as a guardian, and used the forged private document.
