1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 70,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 30, 2017 to the date of full payment.

1. On May 7, 2015, the Defendant, along with C and D, jointly issued a promissory note with the payee at the face value of KRW 145 million, the date of payment, the payment at sight, the place of payment, and the place of payment, which are indicated as Seoul Special Metropolitan City. However, the Defendant did not pay only KRW 75 million out of its face value, and does not pay the remainder of KRW 70 million. Thus, the Defendant seeking the payment of the remainder of the bill on May 2, 2015 (Articles 257(1) and 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act).
