On September 9, 2018, at around 01:17, the Defendant driven approximately 3 km from the roads near Suwon-dong, Busan, to the underground roads in the middle-dong in the same city transportation Daegu, the Defendant driven B 124CC under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.061%.
