Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a driver of the car B.
1. On June 11, 2014, the Defendant driving the above vehicle at around 22:10 on the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Doing Vehicle) and the Road Traffic Act (unclaimed Measures after Accidents) and driving the said vehicle at around 10:10, and driving the first lane on the side of the marketing Korea’s age club at the end of the marketing Korea’s 1st century.

A. B.
