1. The Defendants, on February 22, 2002, shall apply to the Plaintiff with respect to each share indicated in the separate sheet among the 740 square meters of land in the 740 square meters of land in Dong-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.

1. On February 22, 2002, the Plaintiff purchased the real estate indicated in the Disposition No. 1 (hereinafter “instant real estate”) from U.S.

U died on November 5, 2003, and the Defendants inherited shares in the same manner as the inheritance shares in the separate sheet. As such, the Defendants are obliged to implement the registration procedure for transfer of ownership based on each inheritance share to the Plaintiff.
