1. The Defendants’ share in the inheritance indicated in the separate sheet among the real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff on September 1, 1989.

According to Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4, the plaintiff purchased real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter referred to as "the building of this case"), G died on September 4, 1989, and G died on April 7, 2007. The remaining Defendants, the wife of which and children exist, and the inheritance shares are the same as the inheritance shares listed in the separate sheet.

Therefore, the Defendants, a general successor, are obligated to implement the registration procedure for ownership transfer on September 4, 1989 with respect to each inheritance share listed in the separate sheet among the instant buildings to the Plaintiff.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all.
