The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The court below's scope of trial is dismissed as to defamation of each of the facts charged in this case, and the remaining facts charged are found guilty, and since the part of dismissal of the above prosecution which the defendant and the prosecutor did not appeal is confirmed only to be guilty, the court below's scope of trial is limited to the part which the court below found guilty

2. The summary of the grounds for appeal (unfair sentencing) of the lower court’s punishment (10 months of imprisonment and 40 hours of completion of sexual assault treatment programs) is too unreasonable.

3. The circumstances favorable to the defendant are that the defendant recognized each of the crimes of this case and reflected, that the injured party does not want to be punished against the defendant, and that there is no record of punishment for the same kind of crime.

However, each of the crimes of this case is extremely poor in the quality of the crime committed by the defendant to take a dynamic image that the defendant has sexual intercourse with the victim, notify the victim and his family members of the relationship with the victim by text message, etc., causing serious mental distress to the victim and his family members, and demanding money and valuables from the victim by means of the above dynamic image, etc., and in particular, even though the victim attempted not to have access to the victim on October 28, 2017 and promised not to have access to the victim, it is not good in the circumstances after the crime, such as bullying, etc., by continuously approaching the victim, the victim's age, sex, environment, circumstance of the crime, circumstances after the crime, etc., the court below's sentence is judged to be proper and unreasonable, and the defendant's assertion that the punishment of this case is not reasonable.

4. Thus, the defendant's appeal is without merit.
