1. Basic facts

A. On September 7, 2016, the Defendant entered into a contract with C Co., Ltd. for the removal of facilities and equipment from the headquarters of D Co., Ltd., and on November 4, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a construction subcontract with the Defendant for the removal of facilities and equipment from the headquarters of E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “instant construction contract”).

B. Around May 2017, the Plaintiff completed construction works under the instant construction contract.

C. The Plaintiff inputs more than 90 tons of the standard volume for settlement while performing the instant construction work, and the appraiser included the instant construction work.
