1. The defendant shall pay 90,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from August 26, 2004 to the day of complete payment.

In the case of loans, etc. filed against the Defendant, etc., Gwangju District Court Decision 2004Gahap7912, “The Defendant shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff 90,000,000 won and interest rate of 20% per annum from August 26, 2004 to the day of full payment.” The above decision became final and conclusive on December 1, 2004.

However, as the Plaintiff had not yet been reimbursed claims based on the above judgment from the Defendant, the Plaintiff sought the payment of the above claim amount for the extension of the extinctive prescription period.
