Punishment of the crime

1. On July 2017, the Defendant committed assault against the victim, such as assaulting the victim by neglecting to manage the safety of the victim C (n, 30 years of age) who was in his/her line at his/her residence located in Guro-gu Seoul, Guro-gu, Seoul, by neglecting the care of the victim, who caused the victim to go beyond the next fire extinguisher of the new launching.

가. 피고인은 2017. 10. 7. 14:00경 제1항 기재 장소에서, 자녀가 잃어버린 장난감을 찾는다며 온 집안을 뒤져 피해자 C(여, 30세)이 이를 제지하며 장난감 상자를 뒤집어엎자, 화가 나 손으로 피해자의 목을 잡고 밀어 피해자의 목을 조르고 피해자를 방바닥으로 넘어뜨려 피해자의 갈비뼈와 배를 발로 수차례 밟고, 자녀와 함께 집을 나가려는 피해자를 제지하며 손으로 피해자의 어깨를 밀어 피해자를 바닥으로 넘어뜨려 머리를 방바닥에 찧게 해 피해자에게 약 2주간의 치료가 필요한 경추부 염좌 등의 상해를 가하였다.

B.
