Punishment of the crime

Defendants are 54 candidates for the E University Military Officers.

F, by soliciting the applicants to apply for the examination for the qualification for water supply as a single-person supervised by the examination conference on the 54th and the later 54th period, the above candidates opened a Kakakao Stockholm room and directed the applicants to take the test for some applicants, including the Defendants, to photograph the test papers to be put on the interview room, and the other candidates conspired with the applicants to engage in fraudulent act by raising answers to the interview room outside the test room.

1. On June 9, 2014, Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant B drafted a answer sheet by photographing the test issue as instructed by F in the examination for the qualification to supply water at the E University lecture room located in the Southern-gu Busan Metropolitan City, as directed by F in the examination for the qualification to supply water. On the other hand, Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant B drafted a answer sheet by reporting the answer that is listed in the toilet room.

Accordingly, the above Defendants, in collusion with F, failed to conduct the examination of the damaged persons and the examination management of the in-name marking members.

2. On December 4, 2014, Defendant B, Defendant C, and Defendant C drafted a answer sheet by photographing the test issue as instructed by F in the examination for water supply qualification in the direction of the examination for water supply qualification in the E University lecture room located in the Nam-gu Busan District. On the other hand, Defendant B, Defendant C, and Defendant C recorded a answer sheet on the part of the toilet room.

Accordingly, the above Defendants, in collusion with F, failed to conduct the examination of the damaged persons and the examination management of the in-name marking members.
