A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 23, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Ulsan District Court on August 23, 2012 and became final and conclusive on August 31, 2012.

1. The Defendant and B, from February 14, 2009 to 18:00 on the same day, discovered the victim E’s Franchis car parked in front of the D agency located in Yangsan City between the Defendant and B, and opened a door of a vehicle that was not corrected together by using the gaps in which surveillance in the surrounding areas was neglected.

The Defendant and B found the foregoing math car parked at the same location as the preceding paragraph of the same month at around 15:00, and opened a door by an influence method using the cresh in which surveillance in the surrounding areas was neglected, and she walked at the city dong by using a stolen tea such as the preceding paragraph, and she was driven and boarded together by the said B.

The Defendant, together with B, stolen one set of marina car in an amount equivalent to KRW 3 million at the market price owned by the said victim.

3. On the 18th day of the same month, the Defendant and B found the Victim G H taxi parked at the Gh taxi parking lot located in Yangsan-si water Eup at Yangsan-si, and taking advantage of the gaps in which surveillance in the surrounding areas was neglected, the Defendant reported the network, and the Defendant destroyed the string glass, thereby bringing about 30,000 won insurance certificate, one inspection certificate, and one business registration certificate, which followed the inside of the vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant, together with B, stolen 30,00 won in cash owned by the victim G, one insurance certificate, one inspection certificate, and one business registration certificate.
