A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, at the Seoul Central District Court on September 3, 2001, sentenced 8 months of the suspended sentence to 8 months of punishment for larceny; 2 years of the suspended sentence to 8 months of imprisonment for the same crime in the same court on September 10, 2004; 2 years of the suspended sentence to 6 months of imprisonment for the same crime in the same court on June 15, 2007; 6 months of imprisonment for the same crime in the Seoul East East East District Court on September 13, 2007; 6 months of imprisonment for the same crime in the same court on April 15, 201; 10 months of imprisonment for the same crime in the Seoul Western District Court on April 27, 201; and on April 18, 2012, completed the execution of the sentence from Daejeon District Court on September 17, 2013.
1. Violation of the Aggravated Punishment Act;
A. On March 4, 2014, around 15:30 on March 4, 2014, the Defendant caused a gap in the market price wherein the Defendant’s surveillance was neglected on the back of the farm site in Sejong University playground located in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, 209, 4, 100 won right, 10,000 won right, 10,000 won right, 1, 1, 1, new debit card, and 1, 1,000 national patriotism card, etc.
B. On March 8, 2014, around 13:50 on March 13:13, 2014, the Defendant neglected surveillance of bags equivalent to KRW 150,000 in the market price, including one resident registration certificate, one driver’s license, one driver’s license, one driver’s license, and one citizen card.
C. On March 12, 2014, around 19:15, at the same place as indicated in the foregoing Paragraph (b), the Defendant neglected surveillance of powder bags equivalent to KRW 700,000 in the market price containing 5,000, KRW 1,1,000, KRW 200, KRW 1,200, KRW 1,200, KRW 1,200, KRW 1,200, KRW 1,200, KRW 1,200, KRW 1,200, and Internet security cards.
At around 19:30 on March 12, 2014, the Defendant’s surveillance of cash, etc. located in the victim D, at the same place as the above paragraph.
