The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On May 29, 2016, the Defendant was found to have seen the victim C (nive, 42 years of age) and snow in the first-class food store located in Gwangju Northern-gu B around 2016, on the ground that there was a galle between the department store staff and the customer, and that “I am hick, with a spirit abnormal, I am hye, I am hye, and I am not to the conclusion of the judgment.

‘The Methical theory' was put into place.

Accordingly, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim.

2. Determination

(a) Applicable legal provisions: Article 311 of the Criminal Act;

(b) Offenses subject to prosecution upon complaint: Article 312 (1) of the Criminal Act;

C. Submission of a written withdrawal of complaint on July 5, 2016, which was after the instant indictment was instituted.

(d) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
