The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On January 25, 2017, at around 20:50, the Defendant: (a) discovered the Defendant who was sitting at the entrance of the Masan Police Station D District at the Masan-dong Police Station, which was sent to the site after receiving a report from 112 that the Defendant was taking advantage of “C” in the main points of the trade name, “C” located in the Masan-si, Changwon-si, Masan-si; (b) discovered the Defendant who was sitting at the entrance of the Masan-dong Police Station D District at the above main points; and (c) recommended the Defendant to return home; (d) made the victim’s shot, among the foregoing main places of the said main places of business and multiple actors, “I will dwarf, but I will dar the inside, who will be in a fluort, and fluort, and insulting the victim by openly insulting the victim.

2. Determination

(a) Applicable legal provisions: Article 311 of the Criminal Act;

(b) An offense subject to prosecution upon complaint: Article 312 (1) of the Criminal Act.

(c) Submission of a written withdrawal of a complaint by the victim on February 27, 2017 after institution of public prosecution;
