A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 2014, the Defendant stated, “E” operated by the victim D in Jinju-si, Jinju-si, 2014, that “The Defendant would settle the cost without molding forty-five (45) days after receiving the cost of developing the products.”
However, in fact, the Defendant did not have the ability to obtain profits from the development of industrial supplies due to lack of experience and financial resources at the time, but did not have the ability to obtain profits from the development of industrial supplies. Ultimately, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim as above; (b) received processed materials worth KRW 1.6 million from the victim on December 19, 2014; and (c) received, around that time, from around 12 times to February 14, 2015, the Defendant received the processed materials worth KRW 49,504,000 from the victim on a total amount of 12 occasions, as indicated in the list of crimes, and acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to that amount by receiving the supplied materials worth KRW 49,504,00 from the victim.

The Defendant, on October 2014, told the Victim F, who operates a steel sales company, to communicate with the victim F, who was running the steel sales company, that “The supply of materials for the development of the fire-proof products to change, and the payment to be settled within 45 days after the settlement of accounts at the end of each month.”
