⑵ 원고의 출근 중 추돌사고와 상해 ㈎ 원고는 2007. 7. 4. 07:10 무렵 근무지로 출근하기 위해서 뉴카렌스 차량(G)을 운전하여 하남시 중부고속도로 하남분기점 판교진입로에서 차량의 정체로 서행하던 중 뒤따라오던 가해차량(H 아반떼)이 원고의 차량을 추돌하고, 연이어서 그 뒤 차량(I 소나타3)이 추돌하는 3중 추돌사고를 당하였다.

㈏ 원고는 이러한 추돌사고로 경추와 요추의 염좌 및 긴장, 오른쪽 어깨관절의 염좌와 긴장, 뇌진탕, 신경근병증을 동반한 요추골 및 기타 추간판장애의 상해를 입고 2007. 7. 4.부터 2007. 7. 11.까지 D병원에서 입원하여 치료를 받은 다음, 퇴원하였다.

⑶ 원고의 국가유공자등록신청에 대한 피고의 거부처분 ㈎ 원고는 2011. 1. 24.에 이르러 피고에게 2007년도의 추돌사고로 경추 염좌 및 긴장, 요추 염좌 및 긴장, 어깨관절의 염좌 및 긴장, 뇌진탕, 신경근병증을 동반한 요추골 및 기타 추간판장애(L3-4, 4-5), 4-5, 5-6경추 추간판탈출증 등의 상병이 발생하였다는 이유로...
