A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 26, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 00:40 on March 26, 2019, caused the beer’s disease, which is a dangerous thing, to be excavated on the wall of the said beer, on the ground that F, a female employee of the said beer, who was a female employee of the said beer fright while drinking alcohol at Nos. 5 main points of “E” jointly operated by the victim C and the victim D, was fluored.

2. 4. Special intimidation.
