Defendant

A Imprisonment for one year, and each of the defendants B shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. While opening a gambling space and opening and operating a private sports soil site, which is a server in a foreign country, such as Japan, Defendant A entered a team leader in a foreign country, had him/her manage office and register the games, and pay KRW 200-2.5 million every month in return. Defendant B entered the said gambling site as a public relations agent, and had his/her members join the said gambling site to take part in the business, such as public relations of the said gambling site, and then paid 1% of the betting amount.

From May 31, 201 to May 17, 2015, the name-free person: (a) deposited 22 accounts, such as one bank account in the name of F, one bank account in the name of F, and (b) had users receive money from 5,000 to 1,00,000 won at one time; and (b) had users receive money from 5,000 to 1,00,000 won at one time by way of remitting money according to the dividend rate set by the users who correctly predicted the outcome of sports events; and (c) prepared 22 accounts from May 31, 201 to May 17, 2015 to deposit 21,209,456,585 from members from members to members; and (d) transferred money to the State.

Defendant

A, according to the direction of the above-mentioned person, from January 2014 to July 2014, at the above-site operation office in Gangnam-gu Seoul, G 302, a match was registered on the employees management and the above-site.

Defendant

B, from April 21, 2014 to July 14, 2014, pursuant to the direction of the above, around 3 Dong 1207 of H apartment in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, and around 3 Dong 1207 of H apartment, and around 20 members, by publicizing the above E-site through the Nber B.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired with the above-mentioned person in sequence.
