Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On June 30, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for three years with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Seoul Central District Court, and the sentence was finalized on July 8, 2017.

1. On February 2, 2017, the Defendant introduced D's 101 building No. 101 of the Defendant's house, which became aware of through Smartphone C at the Defendant's house, and carried out sexual traffic by paying 150,000 won as the price for sexual traffic to E (V, 18 years of age) who was on the Defendant's house in order to get a part of the so-called conditions.

2. The summary of the evidence that the Defendant provided sexual traffic by paying KRW 150,00 to the above E at the same place as the payment for sexual traffic at the beginning of February 2017, 2017, and engaging in sexual intercourse once.

1. Article 334 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act concerning the order of provisional payment;
