Punishment of the crime

On October 22, 2017, the Defendant driven a 0.131% alcohol level during blood alcohol level from around 23:07, while under the influence of alcohol level B, and proceeded with approximately 1 km from the direction of the traffic distance near Busan, Daegu, Busan to the direction of the traffic distance.
