Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On July 16, 2017, around 08:57, the Defendant discovered the victim E (72 years) who was subject to removal from office at the labor union meeting (hereinafter referred to as the "victim E") in front of the entrance of the first floor of the D church located in the Won-si, Seoul, and found the victim E (72 years), while keeping the victim's church from entering and leaving the church, caused the victim's body to be pushed away with his hand and then damaged the victim's body over the floor for about two weeks, and caused the blue of the other parts of the blus, which require treatment for about two weeks.
