Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, who operated E penta and the Victim F, respectively, in the south-Namn Navy D, was a person operating the H penta in G, and the Defendant was able to make an unexpected appraisal to the victim on the ground that the victimized person constructed the above H penta before the above E penta and obstructed the outlook of E penta.
1. Obstruction of general traffic and interference with business;
A. On March 10, 2015, the Defendant, in collusion with her husband I, set up a wooden pole with approximately 4.3 meters high from the upper end of the road leading to the victim’s land, connected the upper end to trees, putting up the signboard for promoting the above pent, and obstructed the Defendant’s construction of the victim’s vinyl by force. On April 2015, 2015, the Defendant: (a) in collusion with her husband I, set up a wooden pole at around 4.3 meters high from the upper end of the road leading to the victim’s land; and (b) putting up the wooden pole connected to the above wooden pole at the beginning of April 2015; and (c) obstructed the victim’s vinyl building by force.
B. On June 15, 2015, around 13:30, the Defendant obstructed the traffic of the land and obstructed the victim’s landscaping work by force, at the same time, by blocking the victim’s L from driving over about 30 minutes before the bridge leased by the victim L for the landscaping construction of the said Hgate.
