Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On November 19, 2016, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the operation and construction of the instant dump truck by force, such as blocking the street and preventing the dump truck from passing through the road, on the ground that the Defendant operated the “F dump construction” in the vicinity of the ordinary dump (e.g., the age of 58) and the Defendant’s surrounding land, while operating the “F dump construction” in the vicinity of the ordinary dump (e.g., the age of 58) would bring the dump truck to the hump truck and loading stone and equipment on the hump truck and using the said road.
