A. Defendant B completed the registration of initial ownership in accordance with the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (hereinafter “Special Measures Act”) with respect to one real estate by the Changwon District Court’s Office No. 14749, Aug. 28, 1980, and completed the registration of initial ownership in accordance with the Special Act (No. 4502, Oct. 17, 1994) with respect to two real estate by the same registry office under the Special Act (No. 22198, Oct. 17, 1994).

B. '3 real estate' below the real estate stated in Attachment No. 3 of the Schedule

(1) According to the Special Act (No. 3094), Z shall complete the registration of ownership transfer by the Changwon District Court No. 15856, Aug. 28, 1980. A shall complete the registration of ownership transfer by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport No. 5397, May 14, 1985. After completion, Defendant C, E, E, X, and Y completed the registration of ownership transfer by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport No. 50, May 8, 2007, No. 8959, May 8, 2007. Z completed the registration of ownership transfer by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport No. 2, No. 1580, Jun. 1, 198, 2006, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport No. 970, Oct. 6, 2006, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport completed the registration of ownership transfer by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport No. 1, and Transport. 15.
