1. The part of the judgment of the court of first instance against the plaintiff regarding real estate listed in Annex 1 List 2 shall be revoked.

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Defendant B completed the registration of initial ownership in accordance with the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (hereinafter “Special Measures Act”) with respect to one real estate by the Changwon District Court’s Office No. 14749, Aug. 28, 1980, and completed the registration of initial ownership in accordance with the Special Act (No. 4502, Oct. 17, 1994) with respect to two real estate by the same registry office under the Special Act (No. 22198, Oct. 17, 1994).
B. With respect to three real estate, Z completed the registration of ownership transfer by the Changwon District Court No. 15856, Aug. 28, 1980, pursuant to the Special Act (No. 3094).
The Z has died on March 11, 1998 and succeeded to the property of the Z according to the shares in attached Form 2 by the defendant K and the designated parties, S, T, U,V, and W.
C. AB completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to 4 real estate under the Special Assistance Act (No. 1657) by the Changwon District Court’s Busan District Court’s Office No. 4637, Jan. 30, 1965. Defendant D completed the registration of ownership transfer by the same registry office on the ground of donation on August 20, 1985.
AB died in around 1967 and succeeded to the property AB according to each share listed in attached Form 3 by Defendant L, D, and M.
AD, with respect to 5 real estate, who has a domicile in Gyeong-gun AC in Gyeong-gun, Busan District Court on January 29, 1965, completed the registration of ownership transfer under the Special Assistance Act (No. 1657). Defendant B completed the registration of ownership transfer under the Special Assistance Act (No. 3094) on August 4, 1969 by the same registry office on August 28, 1980.
After that, Defendant E completed the registration of ownership transfer as to five real estate by the same registry office No. 8780 on July 7, 2003, and Defendant F completed the registration of ownership transfer as to the same real estate by the same registry office No. 1135 on August 8, 2003.
E. Defendant G is a registry office of the Changwon District Court in accordance with the Special Assistance Act (No. 3094) with respect to six real estate (No. 3094) and received on August 28, 1980 as the receipt No. 14778.
