Defendant

A, while raising married G (n, five years of age) and H (three years of age) as a person who has suffered damage between the former spouse and the former spouse, A has been living together with the members of the same religious organization, including Defendant B, from April 17, 2015 to Incheon Seo-gu I, 504 Dong 801, and Defendant B.

1. Violation of Defendant A’s assault against Victim G and Child Reinstatement Act (child abuse);
