1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 27,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 11, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

1. On October 15, 2009, the Plaintiff, from the Defendant, set the lease period of KRW 27 million from October 15, 2009 and KRW 27 million from October 15, 2009 to October 14, 201 (e.g., implied renewal).

On November 24, 2015, the Defendant attempted to contact by sending mail to cancel the above lease agreement and to continuously demand the return of the lease deposit, but did not contact, and on December 22, 2015, the Defendant sent a certificate of contents for the termination of the lease agreement, but returned.

Accordingly, the plaintiff is claiming for reimbursement of the same amount as the above purport of the claim.
