1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 27,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 21, 2016 to the date of full payment.

1. The fact that the Plaintiff lent KRW 27 million to the Defendant from May 31, 2012 to September 17, 2013 is no dispute between the parties.

The lending amount (won) No. 1 on the date of lease 5,00,000 on May 31, 2012, 201; 3,000,000 on July 24, 2012; 3,000,000 on April 3, 2013; 5,000,000 on June 20, 2013; 5,000 on June 20, 200 on July 29, 2013; 6,000 on September 17, 2013; 27,000,000 on a total of 27,00,000,0000;

2. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff KRW 27 million and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from July 21, 2016 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint.

Although the defendant has no sufficient means to repay the borrowed amount, the defendant cannot refuse the plaintiff's claim for repayment of the loan for such reason.

3. Therefore, it is so decided as per Disposition by accepting the plaintiff's claim in full.
