Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who entered into a real estate sales contract with C, failed to pay the purchase price to the above C, who sold the real estate, and caused disputes in the course of demanding the payment of the purchase price, which led to the occurrence of disputes in the course of receiving the demand for payment of the purchase price from C. Around January 2017, the Defendant made a written complaint against C by requesting D to punish C.

A written complaint stating “A” was made with the complainant on December 28, 2015 when the complainant first met the Defendant C as the first policeman on May 28, 2016, and it was forged a real estate transaction agreement, which is a private document, for the purpose of exercising the contract date on December 28, 2015, by stating “A” in the column for the buyer of the real estate transaction agreement as if the complainant had concluded the real estate transaction agreement with the complainant around December 28, 2015.

However, around March 28, 2016, the Defendant prepared a written contract for the sale of movable property with the above C, and during which process, the date of preparing the written contract for the sale of real property was written erroneously as of December 28, 2015 at the request of the Defendant E, who is the seater of the Defendant, on March 28, 2016. The Defendant, on December 28, 2015, was directly affixed the seal of the name of the Defendant on his/her own, and the Defendant did not forge forged the written contract on December 28, 2015.

Nevertheless, on January 26, 2017, the defendant accepted a complaint containing the above false facts to the public service center of the Daegu Police Station.

Accordingly, the defendant had the above C with the aim of having the above C punished criminal punishment.
