The accused shall publicly announce the summary of the judgment of innocence against the accused.
Reasons
1. The Defendant in a factory laboratory is an attorney-at-law B law office located in 602 of the building C at the Government of Gyeonggi-si on April 2016; the fact is that the Defendant is the Defendant, at the lower order of September 2014 or on October 2014 located in Dongbcheon-si, Dongbcheon-si, Dongbcheon-si, a trade object “1. f. 3769 square meters in Gyeonggi-do, Dongbcheon-si, Dongbcheon-do, 3769 square meters;

2. Determination
A. The defendant and his defense counsel's assertion that the above transaction contract was forged because he did not affix his seal to the contract for real estate sale prepared by E on the date stated in the facts charged, and thus, it does not constitute a falsity in the facts of complaint.
Even if the above contract for real estate sale was not forged, the defendant does not have any intention to commit a crime because he/she made a complaint with conviction that the above contract for real estate sale was forged.
B. In the case of a judgment, the expression of false information in the crime of false accusation is final and conclusive that the reported fact goes against objective facts.
