Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Power】 On February 13, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year to imprisonment with prison labor due to false entry into public electromagnetic records, etc. at the District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 21, 2014.
[B] As if a female of Vietnamese had no intention to marry with a Korean national, he reported the marriage and acquired Korean nationality to enter Korea on October 2010. A request was made to allow D to enter Korea by means of a disguised marriage through a female of Vietnamese's nationality "C". Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with the above FF, B, and E, filed a false report to enter false facts in the family relations register, which is a public electronic record, and exercised by allowing a public official to keep it at around that time.
