【Defendant A was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Illegal Check Control Act at the Jung-gu District Court on October 5, 2007 and completed the execution of the above sentence on August 21, 2009.

【Emb fact-finding 】 As if a woman of Vietnam’s nationality was married without an intention to marry with Korean nationality, X reported the marriage and acquired Korean nationality to enter Korea, and requested that G enter Korea by means of a disguised marriage through a woman of Vietnam’s nationality “H” on October 2010. G deliver it to I at that time, and after receiving the above request, I asked to request that the former be allowed to enter Korea by contact with the latter, and then, the latter request that the latter be allowed to enter Korea by contact with the latter, and the latter, Defendant A conspired in order by interfering with Defendant V, a Korean male who is the other party to a disguised marriage.

【Criminal Facts】 On October 12, 2010, the Defendants, X, and I submitted a marriage report prepared by the public official in charge of the above viewing’s name in a false manner, and had the said public official enter into the family relation registration electronic records as if Defendant V and X were actually married, as Defendant V and X had no intention to marry but to marry normally.

Accordingly, the Defendants, X, and I conspiredd with the public official to make a false report to enter false facts in the family relations register, which is a public electronic record, and exercised by allowing the public official to keep it at a place around that time.
