1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from November 11, 2017 to the date of full payment.

1. Determination as to the cause of claim

A. According to the purport of the Plaintiff’s evidence No. 1 and the entire pleadings, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 100,000,000 to the Defendant on September 10, 2017 at maturity of December 31, 2018, with interest rate of KRW 1,000,000 (per annum 1%, and 12% per annum). The Defendant paid only KRW 2,00,000, which is two-minutes interest to the Plaintiff. Thus, the Defendant is obliged to pay to the Plaintiff the interest or delay damages calculated at the rate of KRW 12% per annum, which is the agreement between the Plaintiff and the date of full payment, from November 11, 2017 to the date of full payment.

B. The defendant asserts that 100,000,000 won is not a loan, but a loan, but a loan, but there is no evidence to acknowledge it, and the defendant's argument is rejected.

2. If so, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified.
