1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15.6% per annum from October 11, 2018 to the date of full payment.

1. Basic facts

A. On October 18, 2017, the Plaintiff (i.e., KRW 1300,000 per annum, KRW 15.6% per annum, and payment on the 10,000 per month), and (ii) lent the loan to the Defendant on October 18, 2018.

B. The Defendant paid only interest to the Plaintiff until October 10, 2018.

[Judgment of the court below] The ground for recognition is without merit, Gap 1 and 2, and the purport of the whole pleadings.

According to the above facts of determination, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff interest or delay damages calculated at the rate of 15.6% per annum from October 11, 2018 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the date of the final payment of interest, to the date of full payment.

3. According to the conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is accepted on the ground of the reasons.
